Any additional requirements, extensions, or modifications beyond the original scope are treated as separate engagement extensions.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership
All concepts, systems, creative direction, production assets, infrastructure, and working materials remain the property of thenightera until engagement completion.
Upon completion, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client in accordance with the agreed scope.
Underlying systems, frameworks, production methodologies, infrastructure logic, templates, and internal execution architecture remain proprietary to thenightera.
thenightera retains the right to showcase completed work within its portfolio, brand ecosystem, and communication channels unless otherwise agreed under formal confidentiality agreements.
4. Confidentiality & Brand Protection

All strategic information, brand materials, business data, and internal communications shared during engagement are treated as confidential.

Client-provided materials must comply with intellectual property laws, platform standards, and ethical communication practices.
thenightera reserves the right to decline, suspend, or terminate engagements that conflict with brand integrity, legal compliance, or operational standards.

11. Infrastructure, Platform & Execution Disclaimer

Brand perception, PR impact, and audience response are influenced by multiple external variables beyond direct execution control.
