Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At thenightera, every collaboration begins with strategic planning, creative preparation, and allocation of dedicated time and resources. Our services involve unique, customized solutions that cannot be resold or reused for other clients.

Because of this structure, we maintain the following refund terms:

Project Initiation & Strategy Commitment

Once a project scope is approved and work has begun, all payments made are considered final. Strategic thinking, planning, and early creative work hold value even before final deliverables are produced.

Therefore:

  • Refunds are not issued after project initiation

  • Change of mind is not considered a valid reason for refund

  • Time invested before visible output is still billable

We strongly encourage clients to communicate clearly during discovery and scope approval, before production begins.

Scope Changes & Additional Requests

If new ideas or requirements arise that were not included in the approved scope:

  • A revised timeline and cost proposal will be provided

  • Work will proceed only upon approval

This ensures transparency, fairness, and consistent quality.

Project Pauses & Inactivity

If the client becomes unresponsive for 14+ days, the project is automatically paused.
Continuation requires:

  • A revised timeline

  • Additional alignment call

  • Updated scope if necessary

No refunds will be provided for paused or abandoned projects.

Partial Deliverables

If a client chooses to discontinue work:

  • Completed work remains owned by thenightera unless license is granted

  • Partial delivery is only provided if explicitly agreed

Disputes & Resolutions

We always aim to resolve concerns through:

  • Communication

  • Clarification

  • Reasonable adjustments within scope

If an issue arises, clients must notify us immediately so we can address it quickly and professionally.

We are committed to providing a confident, high-value experience —
and this policy ensures fairness to both parties.
